Nothing's for sure, yet.

Boson's in Pittsburgh tonight. It's likely that there will be a call-up announced today, as PJ Axelsson is a likely scratch. He blocked a shot with his ankle on Monday night, and it has ballooned up so big that he can't get a removable cast on it, let alone a skate. My medical experience doesn't go much beyond the Bio I and Bio II courses that I had to take in college, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that a giant balloon-ankle is not good. He could, however, be an eleventh-hour addition to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Speaking of transactions, with the three goaltenders in Providence, it's also likely they're going to be announcing a demotion to Long Beach today. I'm really not in the mood to discuss that, because it's a sore subject in this house, but suffice to say that all talks of taking a road trip to LB to catch Mike Brown, Chris Collins, TJ Trevelyan, and Mark Tobin have suddenly turned serious. Monitoring-airfare-prices kind of serious.

I'll be away from the computer all day today, half by design, half by chance. (It's the only way I'll be able to maintain my sanity because tomorrow is going to be stressful.) Let me know how the game goes.
