It's Thanksgiving today...
... which means seeing the fam and eating an unhealthy amount of turkey with all the fixings.
Even though I hate holiday-specific posts, I will tell you the top five things I am most thankful for this hockey season.
I am thankful that...
- ... here in New England, I can go see eight different AHL teams within a short drive time, making road trips easy-peasy.
- ... Providence has started their season so well.
- ... Providence's schedule provides all kinds of excuses for Saturday drives to games.
- ... Boston is starting to shape up, even if I haven't been paying them any attention.
- ... Hockey fans are some of the most awesome and funnest people I've ever met.
Yeah, I know, that last one is a little schmaltzy, but honestly internets- where would I be without you? In a padded room in some facility or another, I imagine.
